Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Sarita Vihar. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing a client portfolio. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to understand and promote AICRA's products and initiatives, while staying updated on market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
- Industry knowledge in Robotics, Automation, or Technology is highly desirable
- Ability to identify opportunities, drive sales strategies, and meet or exceed targets
- Outstanding team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a similar field
