Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales by engaging with HNI/UHNI clients
- Present and position the club’s exclusive offerings and value proposition
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with premium clientele
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Represent the brand at events, networking forums, and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in luxury sales / hospitality / lifestyle / membership sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in high-value sales and client conversions
- Ability to engage confidently with HNI/UHNI clientele
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused approach
Prefered Background:
- Experience in luxury travel, private clubs or hospitality
- Existing network within affluent client segments is a strong advantage
