🚀 Job Opening: Sr. Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sr. Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts across sea and land freight services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Acquire SME and enterprise clients for freight forwarding services.
• Understand client supply chain requirements and offer customized logistics solutions (FCL & Multimodal).
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers and internal teams to ensure profitable deals.
• Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and RFQ responses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, global trade movements, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams for smooth onboarding and shipment execution.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in sales within the Freight Forwarding / 3PL industry.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, ocean freight operations, and customs clearance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth.
