Sr. Sales Engineer / Branch Manager – Sales / Deputy Manager – Sales

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred
Experience:
Experience in sales and business development of electrical products and solutions, including Industrial plugs & sockets, Prepaid metering, Power quality components, Power quality solutions, Capacitor banks, Power factor controllers, EV chargers and LV switchgear.

4–10 years in the Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B sales for electrical products and solutions such as Industrial Plugs & Sockets, Prepaid Metering, Power Quality Solutions, Capacitor Banks, Power Factor Controllers, EV Chargers, and LV Switchgears.
- Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, panel builders, EPC companies and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and collection goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions and field visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals and delivery schedules.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts for management review.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
