Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Sales Engineer, based in Ahmedabad with flexibility for some remote work. The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, delivering technical presentations, and offering post-sale technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to meeting sales targets are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to deliver tailored technical solutions to customers' needs
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on client relationship management and achieving sales objectives
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Capability in providing Technical Support and resolving client-related technical issues
- Relevant experience in automation, electrical products, or energy management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, or a related field
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
