Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer specializing in Analytical Instruments for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting sales presentations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs, offering suitable solutions from our extensive product range, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, including identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and meeting sales targets
  • Competence in Technical Support and understanding the functionality of analytical instruments
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partner organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably related to Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics domains), Chemistry, or a related field
  • Relevant industry experience within instrumentation or analytical tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and technical demonstrations
