Vijay Engineering & Machinery Company (VEMC) is looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to strengthen our Air Compressor business in the Navi Mumbai region.

Product FocusAir Compressors
Key Responsibilities- Achieve assigned sales volume & turnover targets
- Identify new markets, customers & expand territory coverage
- Handle quotations/tender submissions within timelines
- Conduct professional client presentations highlighting value advantage
- Generate new leads & update CRM regularly
- Maintain sales pipeline & accurate monthly forecasts
- Weekly visit plans & monthly live offer tracking
- Gather market intelligence & competitor insights
- Coordinate internally during order execution
- Maintain strong product & engineering knowledge
- Ensure high-quality customer service & follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria- BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in technical sales (Air Compressors preferred; other industrial products can also be considered)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented & field-sales mindset
