Role: Key Account Manager / Sr. Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Independently manage key accounts
❖ Build and maintain long term relations with the stakeholders
❖ Evaluate opportunities to generate more and more business from the existing accounts
❖ Be the preferred FF partner
❖ Take pricing from carriers and add suitable margins to quote to the clients
❖ Responsible for enabling Traydo to win new business through competitive pricing opportunities & creating increased success on existing business through carrier management & procurement management ❖ Identify opportunities to optimise sales and profitability through pricing strategies
❖ Review & act on existing contractual terms or general forwarding business for opportunities to improve net margins
Basic Requirements:
❖ Graduation
❖ Minimum 7 years of relevant exp.
❖ Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding services (especially sea exports)
❖ Stakeholder management
❖ Good communication skills
❖ Great interpersonal skills
❖ Self-motivated
