Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored consulting services, and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include guiding customers through product offerings, managing sales processes, and ensuring seamless customer service and engagement. The role also requires creating opportunities to enhance sales growth and building long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales Consulting and Consulting to guide clients through product and service options effectively.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to address customer inquiries and convey product benefits clearly.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to create value-driven solutions for customers and achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the automobile industry or with Mahindra products is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
