Role Description

The Sr Relationship Manager will work on generating and maintaining strong business relationships by serving as a trusted advisor for client property transactions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, offering tailored property solutions, and guiding them through the property buying or selling process. The role requires negotiation with clients, coordination with developers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficient in negotiation and sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Basic understanding of real estate market trends, property evaluations, and related regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in handling CRM systems and other business software
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to manage deals and address client concerns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate mandatory
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North
