Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Sales and Marketing professional focusing on the West Region. (To cover MUMBAI, GUJARAT (DAHEJ,VADODARA,BHARUCH Etc..) .The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients,(OEM's ,Consutants, End Users,) in Chemical&Pharma, OIL&GS , SUGAR ,POWER ,DIstilleries, CBG, ETHANOL,Etc segements . and driving revenue growth. The individual will collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, analyze market trends, and develop competitive sales plans. Regular interactions with clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining relationships will also be crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Marketing Strategies and Campaign Development
- Knowledge of Automation and Instrumentation industry standards and processes
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Sales Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed within the West Region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in senior sales roles within the automation sector is an advantage
