Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Regional Sales Manager (Sr. RSM) based in Indore. The Sr. RSM will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to enhance market share and profitability within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing client relationships, leading regional sales teams, meeting revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful execution of business development initiatives. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis, account management, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and developing partnerships with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
- Familiarity with the tile or building materials industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site and travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
