Location : Remote - Must travel to Office 3 days in a month. (In and around Hyd)

Shift : 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST

Description:

Senior RPA Developer – SAP Migration & Cloud Automation

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer to support automation bot development and remediation as part of an SAP ECC to S/4HANA cloud migration, leveraging Automation Anywhere (A360) and complementary automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Automation Anywhere bot remediation during SAP GUI to S/4HANA cloud migration, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Bring strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC → S/4HANA migration, with a deep understanding of SAP GUI changes and transaction/code-level impacts on existing automations.
• Redesign and optimize bots using Automation Anywhere (A360), including:
• Object re-identification and selector optimization
• Credential vault and security handling
• Bot stabilization post-migration
• Assess and re-engineer custom SAP transactions, BAPIs, and workflows to align with S/4HANA-compatible processes and best practices.
• Support migration testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, UAT, and hypercare during cutover phases.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams, as well as business stakeholders, throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Perform detailed requirement analysis and produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions across multiple business functions.
• Build and optimize automation solutions using:
• Automation Anywhere
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Workflow orchestration
• Python scripting
• Power BI dashboards and analytics
• Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices in exception handling, logging, security, and performance.
• Provide clear documentation, regular status updates, and effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in RPA and automation development and delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Automation Anywhere (A360)
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Workflow design and orchestration
• Python scripting for automation
• Power BI reporting and analytics
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and work independently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
