Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Research and Development role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior R&D professional will lead the design and development of cutting-edge skincare products, oversee formula creation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include conducting research, sourcing innovative ingredients, performing laboratory testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) with a proven ability to design and develop innovative formulations
- Analytical Skills and a strong ability to interpret data and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Research methodologies and Laboratory Skills related to cosmetic formulations
- Relevant experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or related industries is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the cosmetics industry
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetology, or a related field
- A passion for innovation and staying updated with industry trends and advancements
