Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with UHNI clients, ensuring consistently high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs, queries, and concerns with promptness and professionalism
- Conduct regular client reviews and meetings to understand evolving financial goals and deliver customized solutions
- Develop and deepen strategic relationships with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to ensure strong market penetration
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to organically grow the client base
- Effectively promote and cross-sell Midas Finance's suite of products and services, including Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and other investment instruments
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing meaningfully to the firm's overall growth objectives
Client Onboarding & Advisory
- Oversee a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Provide expert, needs-based advisory on financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management, while proactively monitoring portfolio performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and evolving product offerings to ensure well-informed client recommendations
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Champion a high-touch, white-glove service culture in which every client interaction is intentional, personalized, and exceeds expectations
- Gather and act on client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality and delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes and eliminate friction in the client journey
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full adherence to all applicable regulatory and compliance standards across client interactions and transactions
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market developments for senior management review
- Conduct periodic analysis of top-performing Mutual Funds to inform client advisory and portfolio recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in financial planning or a related discipline (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM)
- Prior experience delivering luxury or high-touch client services
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and client management tools
