Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager - B2B Sales located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for managing and expanding B2B relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with corporate clients, building long-term relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong B2B Sales, Strategic Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition skills
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Networking, and Business Development
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify actionable opportunities
- Min 3-4 years experience in the hospitality, student housing or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
