Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Middle & senior-level positions
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting
- Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in finance, pharma, or healthcare
- Exposure to senior-level recruitment and diverse industries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
