Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Real Estate Representative based in Gandhinagar. The responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting in property sales or leasing processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and market regulations. The role also involves advising clients on current market trends and property values while working collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and deep understanding of Real Estate principles
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Real Property concepts, market trends, and legal regulations related to real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities
