Job Description
This is a full-time, QA-professional position. Sr Quality Analyst in this position will be responsible for testing all ELLKAY software products. The successful candidate will test and find issues during internal testing or via client, will clearly understand and reproduce the issue and escalate to appropriate team, and will successfully manage multiple issues at the same time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide QA support as necessary for all ELLKAY software products, including software and any client issues.
- Create andmaintainaccuratedocumentation for each issue in JIRA
- Deliver assigned project tasks within the giventime frame.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Continuously learn and improve skills according to business needs.
- Work effectively with other team/Internalmembers to achieve project goals.
- Perform Functional and Regression Testing
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Quickly learn and adapt tonew technologiesand frameworks.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Support internal team member in complex and new system testing based on project
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Sr QA.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare domain is an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of test management software (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with different data formats (e.g., HL7, XML, JSON, CSV, etc.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare domain.
