Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in
Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
Python (PyTest) as the primary automation tool and
Selenium as secondary. The candidate should excellent communication skills, ownership, and the ability to guide QA processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python (PyTest)
- Work with Selenium for UI automation
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for quality delivery
- Identify, report, and track defects effectively
- Lead QA activities and mentor junior team members
- Ensure high-quality standards across releases
- Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
Key Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in Python (PyTest) – Primary Skill
- Experience with Selenium – Secondary Skill
- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC
- Strong communication skills (mandatory)
- Leadership mindset and ownership-driven approach
Good To Have
- Experience with automation frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum experience
Candidate Profile
- 5-8+ years of QA experience
- Strong work ethics and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
