About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python-based full-stack development, cloud deployment, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, hands-on coding expertise, and the capability to lead projects and mentor developers while working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
The role requires deep knowledge in designing, architecting, developing, testing, and deploying scalable analytics and web-based solutions.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of strong technical and analytical experience in software/product development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python development and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Excellent understanding of database design, SQL, and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience in developing APIs and scalable Web Services
- Strong experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience in system architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making
- Ability to lead a team, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive technical discussions and deliver high-quality scalable solutions
- Passionate team player with ownership mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to think strategically, innovate, and see the bigger picture
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product and feature development using Python technologies
- Design scalable architecture and provide technical guidance to the development team
- Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, create technical estimates, and define solutions
- Lead and mentor developers through code reviews, best practices, and technical discussions
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Drive deployment, testing, debugging, and production support activities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Design
- Participate in sprint planning, task allocation, and Agile ceremonies
- Research and adopt new technologies whenever required
- Take ownership of technical delivery and project execution
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
