One of our client Looking for a highly skilled Python Developer to build advanced agentic AI systems using the LangChain ecosystem.
This is a core backend engineering role focused on designing stateful, context-aware AI agents and multi-step reasoning workflows.
This is NOT a basic chatbot or RAG-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI agent systems using Python
- Build multi-step, stateful workflows using LangGraph
- Implement memory and context management across agent lifecycles
- Develop tool-calling and reasoning agents
- Integrate LLMs and external APIs into workflows
- Use LangSmith for tracing, debugging, and evaluation
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, modular, production-grade code
Key Skills
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LangSmith
- Experience building agent-based AI systems
- Strong understanding of:
- State management
- Context propagation
- Memory handling
- Tool execution flows
- Strong backend development and debugging skills

- Experience in complex multi-step reasoning systems
- Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience in LLM evaluation and observability
- Async Python and performance optimization
