Job Title: Senior Python AI Developer
📍 Mohali (Onsite) | 💼 Full-Time | 🕒 5–8 Years
Job Summary:
TechRBM is hiring a Senior Python AI Developer to design and build production-grade AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role focuses on developing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and scalable backend systems for enterprise use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and GenAI workflows
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval systems
- Develop robust backend services using Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Create APIs, microservices, and system integrations
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and observability of systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of strong Python backend development experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), NLP, and vector databases
- Experience in building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of async programming, SQL, and system design
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, prompt engineering, and model optimization
- Exposure to enterprise AI deployments or self-hosted LLMs
