Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Purchase Executive - Pumps & Motors located in the Pune District. The role involves overseeing end-to-end procurement processes, including creating purchase orders and requisitions, managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components. The Senior Purchase Executive will also play a key role in maintaining purchase records and conducting cost analysis to optimize procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes.
- Having min experience of 5 to 10 years.
- Should have worked in Pump/Motor Manufacturing firm.
- Strong expertise in Procurement and ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain practices.
- Excellent Communication skills to negotiate with vendors and collaborate with internal departments effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze procurement operations for cost efficiency and quality control.
- Prior experience in the pump, motor, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
