You Are
The PTC Servigistics Functional Analyst & Lead is responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and delivery of PTC Servigistics solutions across service supply chain processes. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure Servigistics capabilities are aligned to service parts planning, forecasting, pricing, execution, and performance management objectives. The role also provides functional leadership across implementation, enhancements, and steadystate operations.
The Opportunity
- Functional Leadership & Solution Design
Serve as the functional owner and subjectmatter expert (SME) for PTC Servigistics modules (Service Parts Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, & Execution).
Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration specifications, and system workflows.
Lead solution design workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and design signoffs with business stakeholders.
Ensure endtoend process alignment across service supply chain planning and execution.
- Implementation & Delivery
Lead functional activities across implementation phases: requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
Partner with technical teams to validate configurations, integrations, and data models.
Review and approve functional specifications, test scenarios, and results.
Support system cutover, release readiness, and stabilization activities.
- Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Collaboration
Act as the primary functional interface between Service Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external SI partners.
Guide business users on best practices and standard Servigistics capabilities.
Provide functional risk assessment and resolution for scope, design, and data issues.
- Testing, Data & Quality Assurance
Own functional test strategy (SIT, UAT, regression).
Validate master data, transactional data, and planning parameters for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure data integrity across upstream/downstream integrations (ERP, WMS, TMS, Data Warehouse).
- PostGoLive Support & Continuous Improvement
Lead functional support for production issues, rootcause analysis, and remediation.
Identify and drive process improvements leveraging Servigistics roadmap and new features.
Support application upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning initiatives.
Provide functional mentoring to junior analysts.
Establish and enforce design standards, documentation practices, and change governance.
Contribute to application roadmap planning and longterm optimization strategy.

Functional & Domain Skills
Strong Expertise In Service Parts Management, Including
- Demand forecasting and planning
Inventory optimization and replenishment
Service level and fillrate management
Parts pricing and lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of PTC Servigistics data models and planning engines.
Experience aligning Servigistics with ERP (SAP) and related systems.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
Functional configuration of Servigistics modules and parameters.
Ability to analyze planning results, KPIs, and performance drivers.
Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FSDs, process flows, test cases).
- Leadership & Communication
Proven ability to lead functional tracks and drive decisions.
Strong communication skills with executive, business, and technical audiences.
Ability to influence, negotiate priorities, and manage ambiguity.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in service supply chain or planning systems.
- 5+ years of hands on experience with PTC Servigistics implementations or support.
- Experience leading functional workstreams or acting as solution lead.
- Experience working with global, crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, hightech manufacturing, or capital equipment industries.
- Servigistics implementation or solution certification.
- Experience with large, complex service networks and highvalue spare parts.
- Exposure to Agile / hybrid delivery models.
