Roles & Responsibilities of Research Associate:
1. Research & Data Analysis:
· Conduct research on various topics related to education sector, skill development sector or related fields including data collection, analysis, and report writing and Proposal preparation.
· Assist in research and development (R&D) activities related to Skill development based projects.
· Collect relevant data from primary or secondary sources using effective research methods and analyse, and interpret data to support project decision-making and proposal writing.
· Summarize key findings and provide recommendations based on research outcomes.
· Prepare research reports, presentations and proposals.
· Develop a detailed research plan outlining objectives, methodologies, and timelines related to project.
· Evaluate the viability of proposed projects or strategies by assessing potential impacts and benefits.
· Presentations for clients, ensuring clear communication of project updates, proposals, or any other pertinent information.
2. Data Collection & analysis:
· Collect relevant data from internal and external sources to support project objectives.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the collection process.
· Analyze and interpret collected data to derive meaningful insights & use statistical tools and methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
· Present findings in a clear and understandable format, such as reports or presentations.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
· Create comprehensive documentation of research processes, methodologies, and results.
· Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders & for in house employees.
· Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to a non-technical audience.
4. Quality Assurance:
· Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of research findings.
· Conduct regular reviews and audits of research processes to identify and address potential issues.
· Collaborate with the project team to address issues that may arise during the research phase.
· Monitor project deliverables and performance metrics to meet or exceed established quality criteria
5. Continuous Learning & New Scope of work Identification:
· Identify new project opportunities and assess their feasibility in terms of market demand, profitability, and alignment with company objectives
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and research methodologies & also Integrate new knowledge into ongoing and future research activities.
· Summarize and outline identified projects, providing a comprehensive overview.
· Identify potential challenges or obstacles that could affect the research process.
6. Communication:
· Collaborate with government officials and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, resources, and dependencies.
· Building relationships with government officials and stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information and collaboration between government departments and private sector organizations.
7. Compliance and Legal Considerations:
· Ensure the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and government policies.
· Stay up-to-date with changing requirements and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s , B-tech or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of work Exp. In Research field.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Canva).
• Good written communication skills for db
• Exp. in Proposal writing & making PPT.
• Previous research experience in related industry.
