Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Senior Project Manager (PEB) at Icon Turnkey Ventures LLP. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards, and effective coordination among various teams. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, overseeing procurement and logistics, conducting site inspections, supervising contractors and suppliers, and expediting to ensure project efficiency. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders and resolving challenges promptly to ensure the success of assigned projects.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely sourcing, procurement, and collaboration
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, with a focus on coordination and resource allocation
- Experience in conducting thorough Inspections to uphold quality and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or PEB projects is strongly preferred
