𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore/Gurgaon regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of large-scale workspace interior fit-out projects, managing teams of 5-15 members, and ensuring timely delivery of projects ranging from ₹5 crores to 50 crores with coverage areas from 50,000 to 2,00,000 sq. ft.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Project Planning & Execution
• Lead comprehensive project planning from inception to completion • Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and milestone tracking • Coordinate with design, procurement, and Costing/QS teams to ensure seamless delivery • Manage project budgets and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Lead and manage project teams of 5-15 members across different functions • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and specialized teams • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all team levels
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• 8-15 years of experience in workspace/corporate interior fit-out projects
• Minimum 10 large-scale projects executed as Project Manager
• Proven track record in managing projects worth ₹5+ crores to 30+ crores
• Experience in handling projects spanning 50,000 to 2,00,000 sq ft
