Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Project Engineer Civil located in Dewas. The Sr. Project Engineer Civil will oversee project planning, ensure timely execution, coordinate with various stakeholders, and monitor project progress. Key responsibilities include managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising project teams, and liaising with other engineering disciplines to achieve project objectives. The individual will also manage resources, resolve project-related issues, and ensure safety standards on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills with the ability to lead and execute projects efficiently.
- Expertise in Project Engineering, including the ability to assess technical requirements and ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts as required for interdisciplinary coordination.
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in Industrial, Residential, or Commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is beneficial.
