Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Project Engineer to oversee the execution of Ground Mounted Solar Projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
- Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource utilization.
- Prepare and maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), project documentation, and progress reports.
- Supervise civil, electrical, and commissioning activities at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
- Track project milestones and support timely project completion.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational challenges.
- Lead and guide site teams for effective project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
- Hands-on experience with 11 kV and 66 kV electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of solar EPC project execution.
- Experience in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Knowledge of civil, electrical, and commissioning activities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple project responsibilities.
