Job Overview
The Senior Professional - Program Management plays a key role in supporting the execution and governance of enterprise technology and strategic transformation programs at LPL Financial. This role focuses on driving disciplined delivery across program workstreams, maintaining governance documentation, tracking milestones, and supporting senior program leaders across high‑visibility initiatives. Working within the Enterprise PMO framework, the individual ensures accurate reporting, consistent use of standards, proactive risk tracking, and effective coordination across cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Execution Support
- Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of program workstreams.
- Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and ensure timely updates.
- Governance & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly program status reports and dashboards.
- Maintain all program artifacts including plans, financial trackers, and change logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to Enterprise PMO standards, tools, and templates.
- Stakeholder & Communication Support
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, agendas, and action-item follow-up.
- Collect updates from teams and consolidate reporting inputs.
- Support preparation of leadership presentations and program summaries.
- Financial & Resource Tracking
- Assist with program budgeting, forecast updates, vendor invoice tracking, and financial documentation.
- Support resource planning, utilization reporting, and capacity tracking.
- Risk & Compliance Support
- Maintain risk/issue documentation and support timely escalation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory documentation, and audit-readiness standards.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project or program management roles.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong skills in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications preferred.
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree — Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Engineering - Required
- MBA — Finance, Strategy, or Operations - Preferred
- PMP / PgMP / PMI-ACP or equivalent certification - Preferred
