Job details:
Production planning based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Material requirement planning to ensure availability of raw materials.
Capacity planning based on machine and manpower availability.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Monitoring production progress and ensuring on-time completion of orders.
Coordination with production, purchase, stores, and quality departments.
Maintaining inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Monitoring daily production reports.
Follow-up material shortages and production delays.
Production scheduling to optimize machine utilization and productivity.
Planning dispatch schedules according to customer delivery commitments.
Maintaining proper documentation related to production planning and control.
To work closely with procurement teamcarrying out forecasting & inventoryanalysis
for future purchase decision.
Conduct daily production review meeting.
Insured products were shipping according to dispatch plan after completion.
