- Job Summary : The Sr Product Specialist(ISG) will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Model N PbN Commercial system within a hybrid work model. - Responsibilities :
- Manage the Model N PbN Commercial system to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Implement best practices for system management and optimization
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
- Lead training sessions for team members on system functionalities
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities. Qualifications -
- Possess strong expertise in Model N PbN Commercial systems
- Demonstrate proficiency in system analysis and optimization techniques
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Have a solid understanding of business processes and technical requirements
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
