🎨 Product Designer (3+ Years Experience)
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centric digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design experiences that are both functional and delightful.
This role is ideal for designers who enjoy owning the design process end-to-end, solving real user problems, and working in fast-paced startup environments.
🧩 What You’ll Do
🖌️ Product & UX Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and/or mobile products
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create intuitive, visually consistent interfaces aligned with brand and product goals
🔍 User-Centered Thinking
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints
🧱 Design Systems & Quality
- Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
- Ensure high design quality across all product touchpoints
🤝 Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape features from ideation to launch
- Take ownership of design decisions and see features through to production
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve product experiences
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and execution
- Are proficient with design tools like Figma (or similar)
- Understand UX fundamentals, interaction design, and visual design principles
- Have experience working closely with engineering and product teams
- Are comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments and taking ownership
