Job Title: Sr. Product & Automation Lead
Location: Mumbai - Work from Office
Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA to 20LPA (Fixed + Variable) + ESOPs + milestone-based compensation growth
Experience: 5+ years preferred
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who can connect business, CRM, AI & automation and turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
What you’ll own:
• CRM strategy, implementation & optimisation
• AI tools, workflows & business automation
• Process improvement and scalable business systems
• Strategic projects — from problem identification to execution
• Dashboards, analytics & ROI-driven decision making
• Working directly with founders and cross-functional teams
We’re specifically looking for someone who:
✅ Has hands-on CRM implementation/optimisation experience
✅ Has built automations/workflows using AI or no-code/low-code tools
✅ Can independently identify problems and implement solutions
✅ Understands business processes, systems & operational efficiency
✅ Can translate technology into real business impact
✅ Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Relevant backgrounds: CRM / RevOps / Business Systems / Automation / Product Operations / Consulting / Business Strategy.
This is not a pure strategy or coordination role — we need someone who can think, build, execute and own outcomes.
