Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- eSourcing Process Management: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of eSourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, e-auctions) across multiple categories and geographies, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Platform Administration: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of eSourcing tools and platforms. Ensure platforms are up-to-date, secure, and utilised to their full potential.
- Supplier Enablement & Relationship Management: Facilitate supplier onboarding, training, and ongoing support within eSourcing platforms. Foster strong supplier relationships to drive competitive sourcing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance, IT, and business units) to understand requirements, align sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyse sourcing data, identify trends, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements to drive value and compliance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the sourcing process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, promote best practices, and support change management initiatives to drive digital transformation in procurement.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users (internal teams and suppliers) on eSourcing tools and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the eSourcing team to drive operational performance, professional growth, and a culture of accountability. Promote open communication and collaboration, ensuring team alignment with organisational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13+ years of relevant experience
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) in Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, Six Sigma, PMP) are an added advantage.
