We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers. You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage employee data maintenance (EDM) in Workday and ServiceNow (ticketing tool)
- Process assigned cases (EDM requests) within defined SLAs
- Handle HR administrative requests using Workday and CRM tools
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail through a proactive approach.
- Act as the front-facing support for the HR Admin team, handling end-to-end HR transactions
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, SLA adherence, and first-time resolution
Your success is grounded in:
- 2years to 3 years of experience in Hire to Retire (H2R) processes – US & Canada (Employee Life Cycle)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Employee Data Management (EDM)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a “know-how” approach rather than a “know-what” mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong mindset towards operational excellence
