We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, and analytics, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate should be capable of building interactive dashboards, managing data models, and supporting modern business intelligence initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI, while contributing to modern data and analytics initiatives through Microsoft Fabric. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, transform raw data into meaningful business insights, and deliver scalable BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations
- Gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
- Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL, Excel, ERP systems, SharePoint, and APIs
- Support data modernization and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric
- Ensure dashboard performance, accuracy, and usability
- Troubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and data integration issues
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Power BI development
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Top-tier university graduate (IITian preferred)
