Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to understand and translate reporting needs.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal sources.
- Develop KPIs, metrics, and visualizations to provide business insights.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual reporting.
- Enhance dashboards for usability, performance, and visualization.
- Conduct root-cause and trend analysis to explain business performance drivers.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
- Document dashboards, data sources, business logic, and reporting processes.
- Manage priorities and deliver solutions independently within timelines.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard/report development.
- Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
- Experience handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-have:
- SQL, Snowflake or other cloud data platforms, Sigma Computing, Power Query, DAX, automation of reporting processes.
- Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, or business performance reporting.
