Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Planning Manager, based at Hyderabad. The Sr. Planning Manager will oversee project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely execution and delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating project timelines, developing resource plans, monitoring project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing reports. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and effective communication to manage key stakeholders and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and developing resource allocation strategies
• Proficient in monitoring project progress, utilizing performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions
• Experience in leading cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
• Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable
