Role Description
We are seeking a Sr. Planning Engineer (Corporate Interior Fit-Outs) for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Tasks will include coordinating with project teams, analyzing project data to optimize outcomes, preparing production plans, conducting project control activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role requires frequent collaboration with stakeholders, effective communication, and problem-solving to address challenges during project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Planning and Production Planning to ensure the development and execution of project schedules
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor milestones and address deviations proactively
- Outstanding Communication skills to coordinate between different teams and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
