A leading Design and Build company specializing in interior fit-out solutions across India for over 40 years, serving corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and residential sectors.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Planning Engineer
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bangalore
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲:
Candidates with hands-on experience in CORPORATE INTERIOR FIT-OUT projects only.
Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the fit-out industry is essential.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Prepare project baseline/construction programme
- Develop resource plans and update project schedules
- Material reconciliation, bills audit, rate analysis for Non-BOQ items
- Estimation of rates as per BOQ specifications & drawings
- Track KPIs, identify delays and critical paths
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Assist with EOT (Extension of Time) claims
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of fit-out and interior construction processes
- CAD/Revit and BIM understanding (preferred)
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
