Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Physical Design Engineer, based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility to work from home. The primary responsibilities include performing physical design tasks such as floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve effective physical verification, logic, and circuit design objectives in chip design projects.
- Experience : 5 - 20 years
- Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Design tasks such as floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure
- Proficiency in Physical Verification processes including DRC (Design Rule Checking) and LVS (Layout Versus Schematic)
- Strong understanding of Logic Design and RTL (Register Transfer Level) Design concepts
- Knowledge of Circuit Design principles, tools, and methodologies
- Proven experience in working with VLSI or semiconductor design projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a collaborative hybrid environment and meet project deadlines
