Job Description – Sr. Payroll (Key Account Manager)
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 5–8 Years
Compensation: 7 – 7.5 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Payroll (Key Account Manager) to manage key client accounts, ensure accurate payroll and onboarding delivery, and build long-term client relationships while coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, onboarding, and service-related queries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and seamless employee onboarding.
• Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and recruitment teams for service delivery.
• Resolve client issues proactively and maintain high service standards.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and share regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated with labour laws, payroll regulations, and industry trends.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and billing reconciliation.
Skills & Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in payroll operations and/or key account management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee onboarding.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/Payroll systems.
