Role Description
As a Sr. Outbound Calling Executive at Kimirica, you will play a critical role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to promote our range of luxury self-care products. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and maintain records of communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build rapport.
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and telecommunication is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain records and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consumer goods, luxury brands, or wellness-related industries is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data management systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus.
