Role Description
We are seeking a result-driven Sr Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the implementation of best practices, focusing on the seamless integration of the PropLegit platform with clients' systems. The responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, monitoring project deliverables and deadlines, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will also analyze operational data, develop strategies to improve efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to oversee operational teams and drive results.
- Project management experience, including expertise with timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
- Lead non-voice legal due diligence operations and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity targets
- Manage client communication and operational escalations
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating across departments and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for performance monitoring and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly RBI guidelines and real estate risk assessment frameworks, is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven tools and digital platforms for risk mitigation and property assessment is beneficial.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or real estate operations will be an added advantage.
