Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client business requirements.
- Configure and customise Odoo ERP modules as per business needs.
- Conduct GAP analysis and prepare functional documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Handle ERP implementation, migration, and testing activities.
- Create workflows, reports, and process documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve business operations.
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functional modules.
- Knowledge of business processes across Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Accounting.
- Experience in ERP implementation and client handling.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of workflow configuration and reporting.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
