Sr AI/ML Ops / Data Science Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Seeking an experienced ML Ops / Data Science Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in building scalable production ML systems for enterprise clients.
- Responsible for architecting automated ML deployment pipelines using Azure, Dataiku, Docker, and CI/CD frameworks to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
- Lead end‑to‑end ML lifecycle operations including model monitoring, drift detection, retraining strategies, and performance optimization across high‑availability environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize predictive models using Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn, ensuring reproducibility and compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Develop and manage large‑scale forecasting, optimization, and statistical modeling solutions for retail, CPG, and pharmaceutical domains.
- Build robust data workflows including ETL pipelines, data modeling, and feature engineering using SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native tools.
- Implement observability frameworks to track model latency, accuracy, drift, and uptime, achieving proactive issue detection and 99%+ reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards and insights using Tableau, Power BI, and custom visualizations that drive operational and strategic decisions.
- Continuously improve ML Ops automation, infrastructure, and governance to support scalable, compliant, and high-performance ML operations.
