Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to mid-level professionals transitioning into D365 F&O functional roles. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, real-time implementation experience, and a passion for mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and hands-on training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance / Supply Chain modules)
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, and real-time scenarios
- Provide end-to-end functional training covering:
- Requirement gathering
- System configuration
- Testing (SIT/UAT)
- Deployment and post-go-live support
- Conduct live system demonstrations and practical exercises
- Mentor candidates on real-world project scenarios and best practices
- Support candidates with mock interviews and job readiness preparation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training programs based on skill gaps
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of overall ERP experience with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
- Proven experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations
- Deep expertise in one or more modules:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR)
- Supply Chain Management / Procurement
- Inventory / Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices
- Experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma / Medical Devices / Manufacturing)
- Exposure to integrations, data migration, and reporting (Power BI)
