Role Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Meta Ads Expert with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across the Meta ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp). The ideal candidate is a master of the Meta Ads Manager, possesses a deep understanding of media buying, and has a relentless focus on driving ROI, lowering CAC, and maximizing ROAS. You will not only execute campaigns but also shape our overall paid social strategy, lead creative testing, and implement advanced tracking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of Meta ad campaigns, from strategic planning and campaign architecture to daily execution, optimization, and scaling.
• Budget Management: Manage and scale a monthly ad spend, ensuring efficient allocation across funnel stages (Prospecting, Retargeting, Retention) to meet profitability targets.
• Advanced Targeting & Testing: Develop and execute robust A/B testing frameworks for audiences, ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate closely with the creative/design team to conceptualize high-performing static and video assets based on platform trends and data-driven insights.
• Tracking & Attribution: Oversee the technical setup and maintenance of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), custom conversions, and product catalogs to ensure flawless data tracking and attribution.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, LTV). Build comprehensive dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Platform Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve on Meta's algorithm changes, new ad formats, and compliance policies to ensure we are leveraging the platform's full capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), either in-house or at an agency.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in scaling paid social campaigns and managing large budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics (ROAS, CAC). (Candidates will be asked to share case studies or past performance data).
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and offline conversion tracking.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or other reporting tools. Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand the broader marketing funnel and how Meta ads integrate with other channels (Google Ads, Email, SMS, SEO).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
